Tuesday I recorded a Video Game. I don't recall if there are any non-disclosure issues so I'll be safe and avoid details.
L.A. Studios and Buzzy's Recording are both fantastic spots. A pleasure to record with them.

Wednesday I start recording an intriguing detective thriller called Multiple Wounds at one of my favorite studios, the Media Staff with Jerry Maybrook.
If you haven't heard of Rattlestick's Evening Reading Series, you gotta check it out! and not just the one I'm doing. It's FREE and you get to hear great new plays, and support a Superb Theater company. I've always loved going to readings because I get to be part of a play's process and development. I love that energy. No pretense, just, "here's a story we're trying to tell, will you let us tell it to you, so that we can make it better?" It's something basic and raw. I think it's usually every Tuesday night, though sometimes they shake up the schedule. Hope to see you there!

MacLeod

<h3 class="UIIntentionalStory_Message" ft="{"type":"msg"}" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; font-weight: normal; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden; font-size:13px;">FAREWELL UNDERTAKER

Written by Napoleon Ellsworth
Directed by Jessica Bauman

Tuesday, May 11th 2010, 7pm

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater
224 Waverly, just west of Seventh Ave. South

"Nicholas, a sixteen year old boy, attempts to escape the turbulence of his home life and pursue his dream of being a motivational speaker for the astronauts."

MacLeod Andrewshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16806456796146401898noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3037503001622420964.post-54556650282288666692010-05-05T19:46:00.000-07:002010-05-05T19:48:54.432-07:00Good New PlaysRecently performed in a reading of a new play based on the Newbury Award winning novel, The Wednesday Wars adapted by Kirsten Kelly (director of Slipping).
